Live blackjack, roulette and baccarat follow the same rules as their table versions, and each table shows its own rules and betting range before you join. The same age, location and limit rules apply to live tables as to every other game on the site.
05Promotions
We only publish an offer when its terms are confirmed. On the Promotions page each offer states who is eligible, the wagering requirement, which games count towards it and when it expires — before you opt in, not after.
At the moment the offers listed there are formats announced for launch, without amounts. We would rather show nothing than show a number that might change. A bonus is never a way to recover losses; the Terms and Conditions explain how bonus funds and real money are kept apart.
06VIP Programme
Every verified player is part of the VIP programme from the start. Loyalty points accrue on real-money play and move you through four levels — Dawn, Daylight, Golden Hour, Chinook — with the top level offered by invitation.
We describe only benefits that are actually connected to the programme, and we do not use VIP status to encourage you to play more. If you set limits, take a break or self-exclude, those choices always come first.
07Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and every form that changes your account is protected against cross-site request forgery. Identity documents are used for verification only and are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
