Some services — games, the cashier and identity verification — can show a notice that they are not available in your region yet. If you see it, the step cannot be completed right now: please contact technical support or try again later.
Step 1 — Create an Account
Select Register at the top of any page and enter your first and last name, date of birth, mobile number and email, then choose a password and accept the Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 or older, and the details must match your government-issued ID because they are checked in the next step. One person may hold only one account. See Registration below for the full list of requirements.
Step 2 — Verify Your Identity
Before any real-money play we confirm who you are — this is known as KYC (know your customer). You start it from your account and may be asked for photo ID and, if needed, a proof of address. Verification protects you from someone else using your name or payment details and is required under AGLC rules and Canada's anti-money-laundering law. More in Identity Verification.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Location
Real-money casino play is only allowed while you are physically inside Alberta, wherever you normally live. Your location is checked when you play, and on a phone you may be asked to allow location services. VPNs, proxies and location-masking tools are not permitted. Geolocation explains how the check works.
Step 4 — Choose a Payment Method
The cashier lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Paysafecard, all in CAD. Interac can be used for both deposits and withdrawals; Visa, Mastercard and Paysafecard are for deposits only. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any fees are shown in the cashier for each method — we do not quote figures that have not been confirmed.
Step 5 — Make a Deposit
Once your identity and location are confirmed, open the cashier, pick a method, enter an amount within your deposit limit and confirm the payment with your bank or card provider. Payments must come from an account, card or voucher that belongs to you. It is a good idea to set a deposit limit before your first deposit — see Deposits.
Step 6 — Explore Casino Games
The casino lobby brings together slots, table games, crash and instant-win titles, with filters by category and by studio. Each game card names the studio that made it, and each game explains its rules and paytable before you play. Results are random and every game has a built-in house edge, so play only with money you can afford to lose. Read more in Casino Games.
Step 7 — Discover Live Casino
In the live casino, real dealers host blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows streamed in real time from professional studios. You place bets on screen within the time the dealer allows, and each table shows its rules and betting range before you join. The same age, location and limit rules apply as for every other game.
Step 8 — Explore Promotions
The Promotions page lists each offer with its eligibility, wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date. Promotions are optional, and you only take part when you choose to opt in. Read the full terms before you accept anything — Bonus Terms below explains the words you will see most often.
Step 9 — Set Personal Limits
In your account you can set deposit, loss and session limits, turn on reality-check reminders, take a break or self-exclude. Lowering a limit applies immediately, while raising one only takes effect after a 7-day cooling-off period. The Responsible Gambling page describes each tool in detail.
Step 10 — Request a Withdrawal
Withdrawals are requested from the cashier once your account is fully verified. Wherever possible funds go back to the method you deposited with; Visa, Mastercard and Paysafecard deposits are withdrawn via Interac. Processing times depend on the method and on any extra checks, and are shown in the cashier. See Withdrawals for what can delay a payout.
11Registration
To open an account you need:
- Minimum age 18+ — your date of birth is checked against your ID.
- Your legal name — exactly as it appears on your identity documents.
- An email address — for account messages and password resets.
- A mobile phone number — so we can reach you about your account.
- A password — at least 8 characters with a letter and a number.
Duplicate accounts are closed when they are found, because one account per person keeps limits, breaks and self-exclusion effective. If you forget your password, use password reset instead of opening a new account.
12Identity Verification
We accept a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's licence, passport or Alberta identification card. If your details cannot be matched automatically, we may also ask for a proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address.
Documents should be clear, in colour, complete and not expired. We may ask for more information at any time under anti-money-laundering rules — for example to confirm that a payment method is yours. Documents are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13Geolocation
Location checks combine several signals — your IP address, the location reported by your device (with your permission) and, on mobile, location services. If the check cannot confirm that you are in Alberta, real-money games stay closed until it can.
You can browse the site and manage your account from anywhere; only real-money play depends on your location. If you are in Alberta and the check keeps failing, turn off any VPN, allow location access in your browser and contact technical support if the problem continues.
14Deposits
| Method | Type | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | Bank transfer (e-Transfer / Online) | Deposits and withdrawals |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Deposits only |
| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Deposits only |
| Paysafecard | Prepaid voucher | Deposits only |
Limits, processing times and fees for each method are shown in the cashier before you confirm a payment. Deposits are always in CAD, and every deposit counts towards the deposit limit you set in your account. Never deposit money you need for rent, bills or other essentials.
15Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to a method in your own name — Interac. Before the first payout we must have completed your identity verification, and we may ask you to confirm the payment method or provide extra documents under anti-money-laundering rules.
The most common causes of delay are unfinished verification, a name that does not match the payment account, and active bonus wagering. Times for each method are listed in the cashier; for a specific request, contact our payments team.
16Casino Games
- Slots — classic, video, Megaways and jackpot-feature slots. Each spin is decided by a random number generator.
- Table games — digital blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants with the rules shown in the game.
- Crash and instant-win games — fast rounds; set a session limit if you play them.
- Live casino — real dealers and game shows streamed from studios.
No game can be beaten in the long run, and past results do not change future ones. Read the rules and paytable inside each game, and use the filters in the lobby to find titles by category or studio.
17Bonus Terms
Every offer on the Promotions page is published with its full terms. The terms you will see most often:
- Wagering requirement — how many times bonus funds (and sometimes the deposit) must be played through before they can be withdrawn.
- Game weighting — how much each game type counts towards wagering; slots often count more than table games.
- Expiry — the date by which the offer must be used or the wagering completed.
- Maximum bet — the largest stake allowed while bonus funds are active, if one applies.
Bonuses are optional and can be declined. If anything in an offer is unclear, ask support before you accept it.
18Responsible Gambling
Decide on a budget and a time limit before you start, and treat the money you play with as the cost of entertainment, not a way to earn. The tools in your account — limits, reality checks, breaks and self-exclusion — help you keep to that plan.
