01Registration

Select Register at the top of any page and enter your first and last name, date of birth, mobile phone number and email, then choose a password and accept the Terms and Conditions. Use your legal details exactly as they appear on your ID, because they are checked during identity verification. The whole process is explained step by step in How It Works.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play at Casino Days. The age confirmation on your first visit is only the first check: your date of birth is verified against government-issued photo ID before any real-money play. Accounts that belong to anyone under 18 are closed — see Minimum Age.

Adults aged 18 or older who can provide valid identity documents can register. Real-money play is only possible while you are physically located in Alberta, which is confirmed by a location check. People who are self-excluded, or who are not allowed to gamble under the Terms and Conditions or AGLC rules, may not open an account.

No. Each person may hold only one account, and duplicate accounts are closed when they are found during verification. One account per person keeps your limits, breaks and self-exclusion effective across everything you do on the site. If you cannot log in, use password reset or contact account support rather than opening a new account.

02Alberta Eligibility

No. Real-money casino and live casino games are only available while you are physically inside Alberta. You can still visit the site, browse the game lobby and manage your account from elsewhere, but games stay closed until a location check confirms you are in the province. Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location is not permitted.

The location check combines several signals: your IP address, the location your device reports with your permission and, on mobile, location services. If the check cannot confirm that you are in Alberta, real-money play stays closed until it can. If you are in the province and the check keeps failing, turn off any VPN, allow location access and contact technical support — more in Geolocation.

What matters for real-money play is where you are physically located when you play, not where you live. A visitor who is 18+, has a verified account and is inside Alberta can play; a resident who is travelling outside the province cannot until they return. Your identity and address are still verified as part of identity verification.

03Verification

Regulated operators in Alberta must confirm who each player is before real-money play, under AGLC standards and Canada's anti-money-laundering rules. Verification confirms that you are 18 or older, prevents duplicate accounts and protects you if someone tries to use your name or payment details. Your documents are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We accept a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence, passport or Alberta identification card. If your details cannot be matched automatically, we may also ask for a proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address. Documents must be clear, in colour, complete and not expired; see Identity Verification.

It depends on whether your details can be matched automatically or need a manual review of your documents. Clear, complete and in-date documents that match the name and date of birth on your account are the quickest to check. If more information is needed we will tell you what is missing — and you can contact account support to ask about the status of your verification.

04Casino Games

The casino lobby includes classic, video, Megaways and jackpot-feature slots, digital blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker, plus crash and instant-win games. The live casino adds live dealer tables and game shows. Each game card names the studio that made it, and you can filter the lobby by category or studio.

Each spin of an online slot is decided by a random number generator, so every result is independent of the one before it and cannot be predicted. You choose your stake, spin, and win when symbols line up according to the game's paytable, which you can read inside the game. Slots have a built-in house edge, so over time you should expect to lose more than you win — browse the slots with that in mind.

Live dealer games are blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows hosted by real dealers and streamed in real time from professional studios. You place your bets on screen within the time allowed, and the dealer runs each round at the table. Each table shows its rules and betting range before you join — see the live casino.

No, there is no free-play version of the games on this site. You can browse the whole lobby, see who made each game and save favourites, but games open only for registered players with a verified account who are located in Alberta. If you want to understand how a game works before playing, read its rules and paytable, or the plain-language guides at GameSense.

Yes. The site works in the browser on phones and tablets as well as on desktop, with no app to install. The lobby, live casino and account pages adapt to the screen, and your limits and breaks apply on every device. On a phone, you may need to allow location services so we can confirm you are in Alberta.

05Promotions

The Promotions page lists the offers planned for players in Alberta, such as a welcome offer, slot tournaments and live casino offers. Each one is published with its amount and full terms only when those terms are confirmed; until then it is shown as announced for launch. We do not advertise offers that are not actually running.

A bonus is extra play credit linked to a deposit or an event, and it comes with conditions that you accept when you opt in. Bonus funds usually have to be wagered a set number of times before any winnings from them can be withdrawn, and some games count more than others. Bonuses are always optional — read Bonus Terms before you accept one.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds, and the winnings from them, can be withdrawn. For example, with a 10× requirement, a bonus of $20 needs $200 in bets; game weighting decides how much each bet counts. The exact requirement, eligible games and expiry are stated in each offer's terms on the Promotions page.

Every offer on the Promotions page shows who is eligible, the wagering requirement, eligible games and the expiry date, and links to its full terms. The general rules for bonuses are in the Terms and Conditions. If anything is unclear, ask our promotions team before you opt in.

06VIP Programme

The VIP programme is our loyalty scheme for verified players. It has four levels — Dawn, Daylight, Golden Hour and Chinook — and you move up as you earn loyalty points; the top level is offered by invitation. Details of each level are on the VIP page, and we only list benefits that are actually connected.

Loyalty points accrue on real-money play and count towards your level in the programme. Higher levels unlock benefits such as member-only promotions when they run, a priority support queue and invitations to selected events. Rewards never override your limits: if you take a break or self-exclude, your responsible gambling choices come first.

07Payments

The cashier lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Paysafecard, all in CAD. Interac can be used for both deposits and withdrawals, while Visa, Mastercard and Paysafecard are for deposits only. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and fees for each method are shown in the cashier — we do not publish figures that have not been confirmed.

Once your identity and location are confirmed, open the cashier from your account, pick a method, enter an amount within your deposit limit and confirm the payment with your bank or card provider. Payments must come from an account or card in your own name. Setting a deposit limit before your first deposit is a good habit — see Deposits.

Withdrawals are requested from the cashier once your account is fully verified. Funds are paid via Interac to an account in your own name, and we may ask you to confirm that the payment method belongs to you. Step 10 of How It Works explains the process.

Any fee that applies to a payment method is shown in the cashier before you confirm the transaction, so you can see it in advance. Your bank or card issuer may also apply its own charges — for example, some credit cards treat gambling transactions as cash advances. If you are unsure, check with your bank or contact our payments team.

The time depends on the payment method and on whether any extra checks are needed. Processing times for each method are listed in the cashier, and we do not quote timeframes that have not been confirmed. Completing identity verification before your first request avoids the most common delays — see Withdrawals.

08Responsible Gambling

Log in and open your account to set a deposit limit or loss limit (daily, weekly or monthly), a session limit in minutes per day and a reality-check reminder every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising one only takes effect after a 7-day cooling-off period. Each tool is explained on the Responsible Gambling page.

Log in and open your account to take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a break you cannot deposit or play, and the break cannot be ended early. If you need a longer stop, self-exclusion is available; you can also call 211 Alberta at 211 at any time for free, confidential support.

Log in and open your account, go to the self-exclusion section and choose 6 months, 1 year or 5 years; the exclusion starts at once and cannot be shortened. If you cannot log in, contact support and we will set it up for you. The full process, including what changes during the exclusion, is described under Self-Exclusion.
