01Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the operator of Casino Days (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply whenever you use this website at casinodaysco.slonik.store, open an account, deposit, play a casino or live casino game, take part in a promotion or withdraw funds.
Please read them carefully. By ticking the box to accept these Terms when you register, or by using your account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gambling page, and any rules published for a specific game or promotion. If you do not agree, do not open an account or use our gaming services.
In short: you must be 18 or older, physically located in Alberta when you play, and verified before you withdraw. Casino games involve the risk of losing money — only play with money you can afford to lose, and use the limits in your account.

Online gambling in Alberta is regulated by Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC). Only an operator with a valid authorisation for Alberta may offer real-money games to players in the province, and real-money play on this website is available only within the scope of that authorisation.
04Applicable Jurisdiction
Our gaming services are offered only in the Province of Alberta, Canada. They are intended for players who meet Alberta’s requirements and are not offered to people in any other province, territory or country, even if the website can be viewed there.
Gaming on this website follows the rules of AGLC, including its standards on player protection, advertising, game integrity and the handling of player funds. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a requirement of AGLC or the law, the requirement prevails.
05Eligibility
You may open an account and play for real money only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are physically located in Alberta each time you play, deposit or join a live table;
- you are acting on your own behalf, with your own money, and not for anyone else;
- you have not self-excluded from gambling with us or through a provincial program, and you are not on a cooling-off break;
- you are not prohibited from gambling by a court order, a regulator or your employment — for example as an employee of the operator or of a game studio connected to this website;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We may ask you at any time to show that you meet these conditions. If you do not, we may restrict or close your account as described in Account Registration.
06Minimum Age
You must be 18 or older to use our gaming services. The website asks you to confirm your age on your first visit, the registration form checks your date of birth, and your age is confirmed again during identity verification.
If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it immediately. Any winnings are void, deposits are returned to the source where the law allows, and we may report the matter where required. Parents and guardians can use device-level parental controls to block gambling sites on shared computers and phones.
07Account Registration
To register, you provide your first and last name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address and a password. The information must be true, complete and kept up to date; tell us promptly if your details change.
- One account per person. You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are closed, and we may void bonuses or winnings gained through them.
- Personal use. Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else play through your account.
- Security. You are responsible for activity on your account carried out with your sign-in details. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
Account restrictions
We may suspend, restrict or close an account — for example by blocking deposits, play or promotions — where verification is incomplete, a geolocation check fails, we suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion or bonus abuse, a responsible gambling concern is identified, the regulator or the law requires it, or these Terms are breached. Where the law allows, we will tell you the reason. When an account is closed, any verified real-money balance that is not subject to an investigation is returned to you, less any amounts that have to be withheld by law.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support@casinodaysco.slonik.store. If you want to stop gambling, consider self-exclusion instead, which also blocks new accounts — see Self-Exclusion.
08Identity Verification
We are required to verify the identity, age and address of every player. We do this by checking your details against independent sources and, where needed, by asking for documents such as government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof that a payment method belongs to you.
Until verification is complete, some features stay locked: in particular, you cannot withdraw funds, and we may limit deposits or play. We may repeat verification at any time — for example when you change payment method, when transaction amounts reach thresholds set by anti-money laundering law, or when information on the account does not match. If you do not provide the information requested within a reasonable period, we may suspend the account until you do. Documents that are altered or belong to someone else will lead to account closure.
How we handle verification information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
09Geographic Restrictions
Real-money gaming is available only to players who are physically located in Alberta at the time of play. Being an Alberta resident is not enough: if you are travelling outside the province, you cannot play for real money until you return.
- Geolocation checks. We check your location before you open a real-money game, join a live table or deposit, and again at intervals during a session. Your device may ask for permission to share location; if you refuse, real-money play is not available.
- Location masking is prohibited. You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote-desktop software, location-spoofing app or any other tool to hide or change your location. Doing so is a breach of these Terms; we may void bets placed while location was masked and suspend the account.
- Failed checks. If a check fails, play is paused. You can still sign in, use your responsible gambling tools and contact support. If you believe you are inside Alberta, our technical support team can help you resolve it.
Some games may not be available in Alberta even when the location check succeeds. In that case the game shows a message that it is not available in your region.
10Deposits
You can deposit in CAD using Interac, Visa, Mastercard or Paysafecard. The minimum and maximum amounts, any fees and processing times for each method are shown in the cashier before you confirm a payment.
- Payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
- You must pass a geolocation check before each deposit.
- A deposit cannot exceed the deposit limit you have set. If a payment would take you over your limit, it is declined.
- Deposits are for playing games, not for storing or moving money. If funds are deposited and withdrawn with little or no play, we may ask about the purpose and apply the checks described in Anti-Money Laundering.
- If a deposit is reversed or charged back, we may suspend the account and recover the amount, together with any winnings that came from it.
Funds deposited by mistake can be returned on request if they have not been used for play, after the usual checks.
11Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid through Interac. Card and Paysafecard deposits cannot be withdrawn to the same method, so winnings from those deposits are also paid by Interac to a bank account in your name. Minimum and maximum amounts, fees and processing times are shown in the cashier.
- Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal.
- Only real-money balance can be withdrawn. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the conditions of the promotion are met; if you withdraw before then, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited, as the promotion terms state.
- Withdrawals are paid only to an account in the name of the account holder.
- We may hold a withdrawal while we complete verification, anti-money laundering checks or an investigation into a breach of these Terms. We will tell you if more information is needed.
- You may cancel a pending withdrawal while it has not yet been processed; the funds then return to your balance.
12Casino Games
Our lobby offers slots (classic, video, Megaways and jackpot slots), table games such as blackjack and roulette, and crash and instant games. Games are supplied by licensed game studios and use certified random number generators, so each result is random and independent of earlier rounds.
- Each game has its own rules, paytable and return to player (RTP), available inside the game. Read them before you play.
- All games involve risk. There is no strategy or system that guarantees a win, and past results do not affect future ones.
- A round is settled according to the records of the game server. If a game malfunctions, the affected rounds are void and stakes are returned; a malfunction voids all pays and plays.
- Jackpot amounts shown in a game are set by the game studio and are paid according to that game’s rules.
- If an obvious error displays a wrong win amount or balance, we may correct it to the amount due under the game rules.
Using software, bots or any automated method to play, or exploiting a game fault, is prohibited.
13Live Casino
Live casino tables — blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows — are run by real dealers and streamed from professional studios. Results are decided by the physical cards, wheel or game equipment in the studio and recorded by the studio’s systems.
- Bets must be placed before the betting window closes. Bets that arrive late, for example because of a slow connection, are not accepted.
- If your connection drops, the round is settled according to the table rules and the studio’s record; the result appears in your history.
- If a round is disrupted by a dealer error, equipment problem or stream failure, the studio’s rules for that table apply, which may mean the round is replayed or voided and stakes returned.
- Table chat must stay respectful. Offensive, abusive or promotional messages may lead to removal from chat or from the table.
14Promotions
We may run promotions such as deposit offers, free spins, slot tournaments and live casino offers. Each promotion is published on the Promotions page with its own terms: who is eligible, how to opt in, the games that count, the dates it runs and any wagering requirement.
- A promotion is available only to players who meet its eligibility rules, including age, location and verification.
- Promotions are not offered to players who have self-excluded, are on a cooling-off break, or whose account is restricted.
- Only one account per person, household, device or payment method may benefit from a promotion unless its terms say otherwise.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion for future participants; changes never affect a bonus you have already accepted, unless required by law or the regulator.
Promotions are entertainment, not a way to earn money. Do not deposit more than you planned just to qualify for an offer.
15Bonus Conditions
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific terms published with each offer:
- Terms are published first. No offer is active until its full terms are published on the Promotions page. If an offer is shown without terms, it has not started.
- Wagering applies. Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they, or winnings from them, can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is set out in each offer’s terms.
- Game contribution. Different games may count differently toward wagering, and some games may be excluded. The contribution of each game type is listed in the offer’s terms.
- Time limits and caps. An offer may have an expiry date, a maximum bet while wagering and a maximum amount that can be converted to real money. These are stated in the offer’s terms.
- Balance order. How real-money balance and bonus funds are used during play is explained in each offer’s terms.
- Declining or cancelling. You can decline a bonus or cancel an active one. Cancelling removes the remaining bonus funds and any winnings tied to them; your real-money balance is not affected.
- Abuse. If we find bonus abuse — for example multiple accounts, collusion, betting patterns designed to clear wagering without risk, or breach of the offer’s terms — we may remove the bonus and related winnings and restrict the account.
16VIP Programme
Verified players can take part in the VIP Programme, where loyalty points accrue on real-money play and unlock levels. The benefits of each level are described on the VIP page; only benefits that are actually available are offered, and some levels are by invitation only.
Membership is not a right and has no cash value. We may review levels, change the programme for the future or remove a player from it, for example if their account is restricted or these Terms are breached. VIP benefits are never offered to players who have self-excluded or are on a break, and we will not use VIP status to encourage anyone to play more than they intend. Account managers are required to act on any responsible gambling concerns they notice.
17Responsible Gambling
Casino games should be entertainment. We provide the following tools in your account and apply them as set:
- Deposit limit and loss limit — daily, weekly or monthly amounts you cannot exceed.
- Session limit — how many minutes per day you can play.
- Reality check — a reminder every 15, 30 or 60 minutes showing how long you have been playing.
- Take a break — a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, during which you cannot play or deposit.
- Self-exclusion — 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, described in the next section.
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit takes effect only after a 7-day cooling-off period, so the decision is not made in the moment. If we see signs that your play may be causing harm, we may contact you, suggest or apply limits, or restrict the account.
Free, confidential help is available in Alberta:
Free, confidential, 24/7. Connects you with problem gambling, mental health and community support near you.
211Confidential support and referral for gambling, alcohol and drug concerns, 24 hours a day.
1-866-332-2322Plain-language information on how games work, the odds and how to keep play in check.
18Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop gambling, you can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years from your account settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion:
- you cannot sign in to play, deposit or open a new account;
- you will not receive marketing or promotional offers;
- the period cannot be shortened or cancelled once it starts.
Any verified real-money balance can be withdrawn. When the period ends, the account does not reopen automatically; you need to contact us, and we may ask you to confirm the decision. We take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts, but you also agree not to try. If you do, any new account will be closed and bets placed may be void. Support with stopping is available from 211 Alberta by calling 211, at any hour.
19Anti-Money Laundering
We must comply with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and its regulations. This means we:
- verify the identity of players and keep records of transactions;
- may ask for information about the source of your funds or wealth, and pause transactions until we receive it;
- monitor accounts for unusual activity, such as depositing and withdrawing with little play;
- report large and suspicious transactions to FINTRAC, as the law requires, without telling you when the law prohibits it;
- screen players against sanctions lists.
You confirm that the money you deposit is your own and does not come from criminal activity. If we suspect otherwise, we may freeze the account and report it to the authorities.
20Fraud Prevention
We monitor accounts to protect players and the integrity of games. The following are prohibited: using stolen or third-party payment methods, identity fraud, collusion between players, using bots or automated software, exploiting game faults, chargeback fraud, multiple accounts and masking your location.
If we reasonably suspect fraud, we may suspend the account while we investigate, void the affected rounds and winnings, recover losses caused to us, and share information with payment providers, the regulator and law enforcement as permitted by law. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account is restored.
21Privacy
We collect and use personal information — including identity, financial, gaming and geolocation data — as described in our Privacy Policy, under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, PIPEDA. Our use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
Privacy questions and requests to access or correct your information can be sent to privacy@casinodaysco.slonik.store.
22Liability
We provide the website and games with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. Within the limits allowed by law:
- we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions, delays or failures of internet connections, devices or third-party systems outside our reasonable control;
- we are not liable for losses you incur by playing in breach of these Terms, for example from outside Alberta or through another person’s account;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity;
- our liability for any claim is limited to the amount in dispute that arose from the relevant transaction or game round.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under consumer protection law in Alberta.
23Intellectual Property
The Casino Days name, logo, website design and text belong to the operator or its licensors. Games, artwork and live casino streams belong to the game studios that supply them. You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify or distribute any part of the website or games, or use our name or branding, without our written permission.
24Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint — for example about a game round, a payment or the way your account has been handled — please contact support first:
- Email support@casinodaysco.slonik.store or use the contact form, giving your account email, the date and time, the game or transaction concerned and what happened.
- We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate using the game and transaction records, and reply with our decision and reasons.
- If you are not satisfied, ask for the complaint to be escalated to a senior member of the team, who will review it again.
- If the dispute is still not resolved, you can refer it to Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC), which oversees gaming in Alberta.
Raising a complaint does not affect your right to go to court.
25Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
26Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, the law or AGLC requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or a notice in your account before it takes effect, and ask you to accept the new Terms when you next sign in. If you do not accept them, you can stop playing, withdraw your verified balance and close your account.
